Rooms are on hold on a tentative basis. You are kindly requested to confirm the reservation by depositing 100% of advance payment.

Rooms that are guaranteed will be held till 16:00 hours unless the time of arrival is specified at the time of booking.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT POLICY

Check-In : 02:00 P:M Check-out : 12.00 Noon

Checkout after the prescribed timing is subject to the following charges:

Rooms checking in between 06:00 A:M 11 A:M ( Subject to availability) & rooms checking out between 01:00 P:M and 06:00 P:M ( Subject to availability) will attract extra half day room rent charges.

All arrival prior to 06:00 A:M and departure after 06:00 P:M ( Room Subject to availability) will attract 100 % room rent charges.

Kindly Note :- Rooms are subject to availability and Room rates are subject to change without any prior notice

Identity Validation : It is mandatory for guests to produce Govt.Approved Identity Validation on check in to include Driving License ,Voter ID Card ,Aadhaar Card, Passport etc

Cancellation Policy ( FIT):-

If cancellation is carried out before 72 hrs (3 days) of booking , the full amount would be refunded.

Cancellation within 72-48 Hrs(3-2 days) of booking 50 % of the amount would be refunded.

No refunds apply if the booking is cancelled within 48 hrs (2 days) of check in.

Group Booking Cancellation Policies:

Reservations for 5 to 25 rooms are considered as group booking. Cancellation of a group booking involves the following
cancellation charges : -

More than 90 days prior to arrival full amount will be refunded.

•60-90 Days prior to arrival –50 % of the amount will be refunded

Less than 60 days prior to arrival – No refund.

Payment Terms:-In case of any Non-Receiving of the Advance Payment , the booking would be released by default.

No Show Policy : In case of No Show / Same day cancellation Company/ Party is liable to pay full Charges for the Rooms.

"A decent 3 star hotel"

The rooms are standard in size and amenities, but clean and well maintained. The hot water supply is also very good and effective. The hotel provides ample parking and is easily accessible. The only drawback I would point would be that they charge even water bottles above MRP which is non regulatory as per the government laws. A water bottle would cost you Rs. 45/- here. All in all, it's a decent 3 stat hotel, suitable for friends, couples as well as families.

""ANOTHER HAPPY STAY""

This was my third stay here at Hotel Forest Avenue. As always the room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff couldn't be kinder, they are always happy to help and to advise. The hotel has all the facilities including a car park. It is a quiet location and is very central for travelling around the city and beyond. My stay was a happy and comfortable one and will be back again very soon.

"A Good Stay for Night"

We stayed for one night. It was good.All the basic facilities there.Just enough space in room. Very convenient location as it was on the way, but a wee bit away from city center. Breakfast was complimentary but basic.

"Great view"

The location of the hotel is very good. You get a good view of hills from the room. The rooms are new and clean. The location is good as its on mussoorie road and 10 mins from the shopping malls and good restruants.
